What we keep
To ship you a candle we keep your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. That is the whole list. We do not store card numbers anywhere, because payment is handled off this site by the processor.
Your cart
Your cart lives in your own browser until you check out. It never reaches us and it never leaves your device.
If you join the list we keep your email address and nothing else. Every send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes the record.
Getting it deleted
Email hello@emberline.co and we remove your details within 30 days, apart from what tax law makes us keep on a completed order.
