The plain version

Shipping

Orders leave the bench in one to two business days. Flat $7 anywhere in the US, free over $75. We ship USPS Ground Advantage and you get a tracking number the moment the label is printed.

Glass in transit is glass in transit. Every jar ships double-boxed. If something arrives broken, send a photo and we replace it, no return shipment needed.

Returns

Unburned and unopened, within 30 days, for a full refund minus the original shipping. Email us and we send a prepaid label.

Burned it and hated it? Tell us which one and why. We will refund it once. Scent is personal and we would rather know than have you quietly never come back.

Parfum

Sealed bottles only, for the same 30 days. Once the cellophane is off we cannot resell it, so try it on a wrist before you commit to the bottle.
